I am a Kissimmee based Esthetician and Hair Braider. My passion for skincare, cosmetics and hair lead me to purse my licensing. I love making my clients feel and look their best, along with educating them on aftercare with all services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If a deposit was paid, it is NON REFUNDABLE. ** Late Policy - All appointments will be given 15 mins allotted time for their appointment. Arriving MORE than 15 mins late with NO PRIOR CONTACT will AUTOMATICALLY result in a No-Show and a Cancellation of your appointment slot. A new booking and deposit will be required. If the service is still available to provide a $15 late fee will be applied at checkout. ** Please be mindful and respectful of my time and the time of my clients that are before and after you. 😊
